I will have photos ready this Sunday for those who e-mailed me...3/4 inch thick..dark colour stained...samples can be provided if you like the photos...but I only a few 6" samples..so be serious when picking up the samples.

3/4 thick..3 1/2 wide...finish(colour tablet above)..Company is Legecy...stores rebrand the floors under different names though.. its either oak or pine..I getting the brochure Monday that has the complete details and will confirm.Flooring can be deliveried or pick up next week...pm for pricing..approximate 650s/f..sorry this is all that is available currently...

Here is the exact item...its Legecy Merbau hardwood..3/4 thick and 3 1/2 wide,prefinished..the colour is listed above..its called Cognac Red I think...I brought it too Home Depot and they are selling similar hardwood for $5.99 s/f-7.99 s/f..do your research Merbau hardwood is above average for durability and finish.My price is only $3.75 s/f...do your calculations for 650 s/f of hardwood..estimate savings will be about $1000cdn,and taxes and your savings is about $1200cdn..all boxes are brand new unopened..you can inspect each box...this is not cheap hardwood here..come pick up a sample (4 pieces only left)..

For those who dont know about Merbau its a exotic hardwood from Indonesia's remote Papua province...its rich in colour and tough...google and you can see the history of this hardwood.

^^ I work as an estimator for a commercial construction company and I have to say that is an incredible price for this type of flooring! Daytona's right, this stuff usually goes for at least twice the price he's asking.

Merbau is a quality hardwood and is very durable. It can be quite tough to cut though, you'll need the right saw blade or you'll gum up the teeth damn quick.

If I owned my own place, I'd be all over this. Good luck with the sale!
