Not sure...something a little cheaper on gas...and something with warrenty lol
I was looking at a '03 325ci for $35,000...but a little out of the budget right now. Maybe next year.

think about a 03 530i with sport package, you'll be surprised compare to your 540 how well it handles & how peppy that motor is, and it's still a E39
