gamite, if mike cant make it...and some1 has a video cam im up for it...i was actually thinkin the same, but prob just a night video...maybe an M3 night video or someting like that?

Wait till spring comes, much better than what Mother Nature is giving to us.
Not to mention, need to find a good location and need to plan things out, almost like a football game plan, everyone huddle. haha
Yeah, someone willing to risk having their camera suctioned cup onto the car? Not me, considering I don't have the $$$$ to purchase a new camcorder in case, for whatever uncontrollable reason, the suction cup fails.

mike, for the day part...just use a cabrio and some1 go in the back...thats what i was thinkin...and for the night video, keep the video down....i doubt it was suction cupped...that'd be crazy and wouldnt work! at those speeds no....it was some crazy ass mofo in the sunroof...if you dont wanna try it, im willin to! *devil*

Im pretty sure that camera was mounted, it was way too still for a human to be holding it.

Nah, it's definitely tripod mounted, esp. when he turns so quickly like that. I have a site, pretty hardcore, which shows all these different types of suction cup camera mounts.

what to buy them? even if they are tested...i wouldnt buy one unless i had a lot of cash to buy a new camera just in case...

hmm, well I guess long as the speeds are high and vibrations aren't too hectic, I think the camera will stay. If now we have other ways to go about it. We have many many months to plan so we can take our beauty time to figure things out.

he has 2 cameras, both sony, both almost the size of his palms... they are put onto tripods in the car.
well
that was what i read on dtm forum
