Has anyone put on their summer rims on yet?...
Every beautiful dry day I cringe because I know I could have driven for more than 2 weeks now with my summer rims/tires!!!
Anyone actually put them on yet?
Every dry day like this I get more and more tempted! I'm starting to get this attitude that I'll put them on and if it snows, then **** it, I just won’t go to school, I work less than a half a KM away from home, I would be able to make it!!

Wish I could the same for Ottawa..here it's starting to be winter, very cold days with snow and freezing rain and crap like that.....looks like summer rims will be on in the middle of April for me...

I've mounted the front lip and am seriously considering slamming the coilovers again. Still fear one more snowstorm though, so the tires stay.

even if there is one more snowstorm, the snow won't last more than two , maximum 3 days,
if so, just park it.
I feel super ripped off, spend $200 on new coilover rings, $200 on having all 4 shocks taken off the car and cleaned... another $500 on winter tires...
and we've had maybe 6 or 7 days of real snow all year.

I change usually when the temp hits +10, because at that point supposidely, snow tires will get too soft, overheat and wear prematurely

Even though there is no snow down there I would avoid putting the summers on just due to the salt and sand on the roads and highways.

Summer rims are one thing.. but summer tires in this cold weather I can't justify.
