Beat a foxbody Mustang.....

Well, I guess that doesn't seem too impressive, but I thought it was funny because this guy was alone in his car, and I had 4 people in my car (3 of which weigh over 210lbs each), and a trunkfull of luggage. (I had rim tuck, that's how much weight I had in my car)

We were heading on the 400 northbound and and I slowly pass this guy in a red Mustang GT (early 90's) with sidedump exhausts. He looks at me and downshifts, so my two cousins in the back seat were like wtf go get him, who am I to say no? I beat him 4 times, then he started cruising at like 85-90km/h to keep from lining up again....

Wow. I would have thought that a Fox-body Mustang would be faster than that. Good kill.

Nice Kill.

That Mustang should have eaten you alive especially with the added weight to your vehicle.

Well, when I say I beat him, I didn't utterly smoke him, I pulled on him every time though, I'd shut it down once I saw him in my rear view.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say a Mustang has high end power. I've driven a few, they're pretty torquy low end, but the top end wasn't all that impressive.

I guess 90 k/mh runs aren't high end, but the ones I have been in are decent on the highway.

I just thought a 5.0L would beat you with over 800 pounds extra in the car that your claiming.
