i like the c/f cuz it adds character to the car...but then again the first hood goes with the car better!

i'd say put the painted hood back on...OR u cud paint the c/f hood...or like this guy did from Versatile Racing Development..he has the green civic coupe from the show...he has the c/f a shade of green..which matches his car

Keep the CF ... but paint it partially ... paint the outside following a line from where the eyelids start and leave the centre part CF. or vice versa. Or is that Rice?

well now anything along those lines...ppl even say jeremy and randy's car are riced up bmw's! some people's opinions of a nicely modded car is just rims, and lowered and its nicely done up to them...they see clear corners and wings and it goes into the rice zone. they shud have a book..which tells you wats rice or not hahaha

I like it on, but then again i'm sort of a fan of the whole carbon fiber hood look.
If you keep it on, or for future shows, i recommend making the bmw roundel black and white instead of blue and white with the cf hood.

just spray a red tint to it or paint it, still get the points for being a lightweight hood just colored now

My opinion,

Honestly,if you are gonna be showing it,then leave it.If you bought it just to save weight and don't like the CF look, then paint it.

This is only my opinion...

I love the look of carbon fiber hoods, but it's got to be on a car that suits it... and Jeremy, I don't think yours does (or mine for that matter). I think it'll look good on a darker colored car (maybe silver).... carbon black would look awsome!

The only other exception on a red car would be a very functional light weight version of your car (no skirts, big brakes, black 16" wheels, roll cage, lexan windows... you know, hard-core type).

Sell it to Straight_6... I know he'd take it off you.
