Hydraulic clutch vs cable clutch

what is the difference?
which one is used in more cars?
which one better for what reason?

cable clutch is in older cars...for E30 i forgot..but it uses hyrdro from i think all E30 ya...but civics started in 92, integras 94

cable clutch..the cable can wear out and needs adjusting..hrydro wont wear out like cable does
