Shame, I'd have flown out from Halifax to get a manual euro iX again. GLWS!
edit: You know what, these are incredibly rare in good shape. PM sent.

Clean car with low mileage. It almost should be taken out of daily winter use and used as a pleasure vehicle.
If it's driven in the winter, rust proof the poor thing.

Is this the same car that was listed on Kijiji for at least a year and most recently for $2000? To each his own but as an enthusiast on this forum I am here to assist and a good car is a good car but making a 300% profit on our fellow members is a little offside....

If this really sold for 2000$ that would be the deal of the century.

Again, I am not sure if it is the same car but I am looking for one and had spoken to the mechanic where it was stored, that car was imported from Japan and in his estimation, it needed at least another $2000 in mechanical work. As always, due diligence to fellow members and those interested.
I love the iX and they are increasing in value every year...maybe every day!

I don't usually make this sort of post, but given the near immediate turnaround time on this one (less than a week) I'm making an exception: I can definitely confirm that this is the same car that just sold for $2,000 - probably less as it was sitting at a shop after failing a safety inspection and the seller was motivated. I even have the V.I.N. to prove it along with loads of details about it.
I was about to buy it myself, but I was waiting to see if a friend of mine was going to buy it as he thought he needed to replace his current vehicle, and this would've been perfect for him. I lost the car while I waited.
It needed new brakes on all four corners and a new tie rod, but even with that work done there's a healthy profit in this one to be sure.
Best of luck with the sale, though!

This is why I love car communities. So it's definitely a japanese car and not a european one then?

AFAIK, JDM cars are Euro cars. The only real change tends to be the radio due to their different frequency.
I am flat out angry I missed this car. It would have made a perfect daily driver/winter car to replace the Volvo we have now.
