On my previous car (330i) I had Bilstein PSS10 with Vorshlag camber plates. Very happy with it as it made no noise at all. I liked how you can adjust camber as well as caster.
I ran -2.5F and -1.7R; when I look back I should have ran closer or at -3.0F because the outside edges of the tires were wearing faster. I presume that's also because the Bilstein's are softer as I still get a good amount of body roll at the track even with UUC Swaybarians. Considering that we have McPhearson suspension up front, camber will by dynamic during cornering so ideally from what I understand, you want to minimize that.
The Vorshlags were definitely pricey, but I was very satisfied with the product itself. I never looked into Turner's so I can't comment on that.
