Where to advertise - commercial space for lease?

A question for those with commercial/retail properties. I had bought a commercial residential mix building last year. There had been a candy store that was there for years but last month when lease was up, she closed up the business and left.
The store is in downtown Preston/Cambridge and I put a sign up in the store front and have had a lot of showings/calls just from that but nothing concrete yet and I have it on Kijiji which interestingly have had very little response from that.
My question is for those that have or do this, what other avenues are there to market/advertise find potential lease candidates? Do you use a broker? Agent?

Seconded... Adverting is space is a waste of time for yourself... as a business owner you probably have a million more things to worry about...
