No doubt they are both great cars... I just don't like the nose of the Mercedes. It's almost like the designers forgot they were designing a 4 light system so they squeezed some rectangular lights in there height-wise and called it a day. I do like some Mercedes front ends but this one isn't one of them.

I didn't get that at all from the video, he even said it was an unfair comparision, and at the end of the video said the 190 was a better car.....

you do know that the 190E 2.3-16v is not just a normal 190E, the 2.3-16v runs a Cosworth motor, has a bodykit, different suspension, that's why he's comparing it to the M3, if you driven one you would know that's not a standard Benz, those cars were the AMG Benz of those days, so the comparison is pretty standard.

The only part of the comparo that isn't fair is that they're using a Evo III M 3 instead of the Evo I. Other than that as Quack said that is NOT your run of the mill Merc. I've had the fortunate experience of taking a 2.3 190e for a boot and what a hoot. Gearbox is awkward but you get used to it quickly. Great car.
