Car: E30 318is
|
Feeler: 1991 E30 318is, 79,500km.
Extremely low-mileage E30 318is. Sunroof, black leatherette interior, Jet Black exterior. Jet Black was not one of the color options on the 318is, but this was a request from the original owner, the car has a Sonderlack (special color) label on the shock tower. I'm the 3rd owner, I bought it in 2007 @ 74,000km.
Installed during my ownership:
- Bilsteins + H&R Sports
- KMAC camber plates
- MarkD 91-octane chip
- Ronal LS Rims, 16"
- Eurogrille
Currently has 79,500km. As you can tell, I don't get to enjoy it much. Never winter driven, seldom summer driven. I have a bunch of original parts, including spotless original BBS rims with new tires, original shocks/springs, etc. No rust. The car doesn't need anything.
The car is not currently insured for road use, so no test pilots. But if you show me the money, we'll figure something out.
Either I'll get my exorbitant asking price, or it'll continue to be the lowest mileage E30 in Canada in my possession.
What's the price, you ask? $16,000.

ummmm...sure you can ask that..why not? car better be perfect for that coin. oh sorry I see vinyl lifting on the passenger door panel..oh well. :-) since it only has 74k, I bet the front profile gasket has never been changed? very problematic for the m42 engine. design flaw...however, the car does seem to look nice.

Careful! My E30 M3 has lower mileage than this car.

That is the better part of my entire E34 M5 budget, but having a fine low mileage example of an E30 318is myself I'm sure this special car will resonate with someone.
I wish you the best of luck with the sale!

Thanks all for the kind words.
Btw, I always thought that EV0 III on Willz was a myth... never thought to check the Drive Clean program. Unreal.

The exterior photo is the most recent and was taken with a phone camera 2 days ago after a wash. I will try to take some good shots and post them shortly.

Respect...
I should have probably said that I think it's the lowest mileage E30 318is in Canada, as I haven't seen one below 100K in quite a few years. Of course, I can't really verify that claim. I'd love to see one that's better than mine in some way. Might buy it.
Mileage is true, in my opinion. I have service records from my ownership and some from previous. Can you ever really be 100% sure? Not really. The original condition of the car when I purchased it spoke for itself. It looks and drives even better now. I might add that it's been serviced at Autotrend.

Nice. $8-9000 is all the cash though.

It's low mileage, but certainly not the lowest. Is it verifiable mileage?

I had an E30 under 100km last year....about 103km now. I'd love to see a few "upskirt" shots of the underbody and engine to see some rare rust/gunk free E30.
Beauty car! Like everyone said, you should get some better pics and advertise outside of Canada as well. There were a few in the US last year that sold on Ebay with under 100km for close to that cash.
Good Luck

Our E30 is rust and gunk free underneath but it was from Florida.
But this car is something else, that's beautiful!
