where can i find stance factory? IS rolling flaring the fender or are you folding up the inner lip so that it doesnt catch on a tucked tire?

That is a fender "pull". We can do this.

This is a fender "roll". This is the typical procedure, people only pull for VERY aggressive setups.

would this break the paint on the inside and create spots for potential rust ? I wouldnt want that for a year round dd. ballpark cost/time figures??
