Brake Fluid

Installing new pads - want some good brake fluid that would stand up to light tracking. Have a few questions:

1. Any disadvantages to having high-temp high perf. brake fluid?
2. How much brake fluid should I buy for my E90 325
3. Any recommendations?

Cheers.
