As title states.
Going prices for these engines that i've noticed on maxbimmer is about 250$
RMP had the block with no head for 150$, and recently dissembler sold it for 250$ complete i think.
so in terms of price, you know where I stand at...

Just curious, are you looking for just the engine with no accessories? Or do you need accessories, wiring harness, DME, etc... because if you need all those things $250 is off the mark.

i will be using all my m50 stuff to convert it to obd 1...and all the accessories will come from my m50 as well

Let me know how long you can wait, I've got one that we can probably work something out on, milage is in the high 3's but worked great. It's still in the car at the moment though.
