I hope someone can help in Durham /GTA. Where would be the best place to pick up summer tires ( best pricing ) locally?

Nangkang NS2 - Good Dry / Bad Wet
General Excalim UHP - Good Dry / Good Wet
Falken 452 - Great Dry / Good Wet

i am looking too, i called around and tires23.com had the chepaest prices

I've got 4 of 245-40-18 Pirelli Rossi. Decent tread but a bit noisy. Two are still on the car so you can check it out.

If someone is interested, I'll sell them.

i ordered Contiental ExtremeContact DWs from Tires23 for $1120 minus a $65 mail in rebate (install, all fees and taxes in). Pretty good considering they are almost $800 US from Tirerack. That was for a pair of 225/40/18 and a apir of 255/35/18

They also gave me the option of Pilots for $1300, re760 sport fpr $1000, and Kumho le Sport for $900

nobody else could come close to those prices

That's what I want to get too. However, although the noise can be annoying (50 -80 kph), it's not quite enough to justify a set of tires.

Please provide a review after you drive for a bit. thanks!

Ooops - I was considering the Summer version, the Conti DW, not the DWS.

After reading some reviews on tire rack, and some posts in the tire section here, I think my next set will be Hankook Ventus RS-3, Dunlop Dizerra Sport Z1 Star Spec (whew!), or the Conti DW if I don't want something so extreme. I'll prolly go with the FlipFLops.
