Broken Cat, muffler or downpipe?

Hi guys. I noticed my muffler was hanging too low the other day. I checked under the car and noticed something looked broken.

I just want to know what I need to buy: a muffler, cat con, or a downpipe. I can't find just the downpipe for my model, am I going to buy a whole new cat? Does anyone know where I can't find the parts cheap? Either a shop in Ontario or that ships to Canada.

a muffler shop could probably fix that for like $80

Yeah I thought about soldering it... but I found some cheap both mufflers and cats for $100 each, I'd rather buy a new part. Do you know if the part thats broken belongs to the muffler or cat?
