2001 330CI Cab. Will these rims fit?

I'm looking at buying 18" staggered rims from joycitytires.com and was wondering if i have to roll my fenders to make them fit.
Any reviews about the tires that are included?
Has any one bought these rims from these guys?
any help will be appreciated

Very rare wheels. Option on Z4 3.0si. They'll fit your 330 without any modification.

Tires are all-seasons, not very performance oriented but if you don't push your car hard you'll probably like them.
