Oil Evacuator

having read quite a bit on these tools, I think I'm comfortable with using one on my E39. Getting too damn old to crawl under a dirty car! Has anyone used/owned the model sold at Princess Auto ?? The price seems reasonable and they look like a quality product. I seem to get that Mityvac is probably the top consumer model, but if Princess Auto can do the job, c'est la vie.
Thanks for any assistance.

I bought one today
very good item...
pumping 10 times and the oil came out without any problem
if you use that by "cold" engine takes more time
