Download music

So I dont download a ton of music, but i do once in awhile like to download an old song thats stuck in my head. I am a big fan of buying cds,


But recently Limewire doesnt work, i downloaded IMESH, which downloads music as a WMA copy writed files. so you cant load them into itunes, and onto my ipod.

where do you guys download music from ? or what program do you use, is there a way to convert these files manually?

I always use Torrents but mostly for downloading entire albums or discography's. I'm not sure if you can find Torrents for just one song.

You can download the entire album and delete what you don't need... Or I think there is a way to select which files you want from a Torrent without downloading the entire thing as well.

also, when you download torrents. will they be downloaded as mp3s? or do you have to convert them over?

Most of the time I just do a Google search for whatever Torrent I am looking for rather then searching on a specific site. Most times I ended up downloading from The Pirate Bay because they have a lot.

The format varies but it should say before you download it.

Also, I should say that I have never had any issues with viruses or anything else, but I am on a Mac so I'm not sure about safety for PC's. You can also check the comments before you download it.

direct download as .mp3 and you can sync to ipod
