Ether (starting fluid). And it's not filled, it's just a sniff. I use a torch for flame source though, lighting a bomb with a grenade is fun. Also, NEVER EVER EVER DO THIS AT HOME.

seen it done lots, but one time it went bad here at a shop in hamilton! little too much starter fluid

did this a couple of times. we used brake cleaner though same stuff as intake/carb cleaner as well iirc
