Well, I guess an E30 is never 'done', but now that my car is painted and put back together, I wanted to show my build and progress.
Here are some pics of the car when I first got it (they're actually the pics out the seller's ad). Check out all the rust by the wheel wells, rear valance, and even the colour of the rims, not to mention the seats!
This is the first car I ever worked on. Yes, I painted it with rattle cans! I fixed and changed so many things, I'm not even going to bother listing them all. This has probably been one of, if not the most gratifying projects I have ever completed. Thanks for looking, and for those of you cruising tomorrow, see you there!
Great looking car. ARe you able to post pictures of your metal repair work?
Sure! I don't have that many more, I thought I did, but I'm kind of a focused guy, once I got going I didn't stop as often as I should have to take pics. Anyway, here are some more, including one where I put fiberglass over the metal I riveted in (I can't weld, but I'm going to learn)...Steve, if you want, PM me, I'd like to come by and check out your car, I'm just over here in Whitby.
