LF: reasonable auto shop that welds

im looking for a resonably cheap but a reliable auto shop that can do major/minor repairs at a cheap value cost just to pass safety and certification.

I have 87ic a project car that has been sitting for almost 2 years. Now that i grew interest in it again i need alot of repairs done

my strut tower has a huge hole like 2x5 long around the actual round part on the passenger fender side and looks like rust is eating along the fender from the inside, ill try to provide pics

other stuff needed would be all around brakes, suspension,...maybe transmission and head gasket."hence", why i said reasonable because i know it gonna cost an arm and leg. I might be able to grab the parts myself for a better cost so its just mainly labour to get it on the road...

does anybody have any suggestions
