Enough is enough... I need some wheels
As some of you may know.. I have been having a lot of trouble finding the perfect rims for my car, in the perfect offset, at a decent price...
I am getting really antsy now and spring is around the corner so the time has come to make the decision.
here is the list of contenders right now.
OZ Nova 18X8.5($480/each) BIG LIP
IForged Flux 17X 8 ($500/each) Podercoated to my choosing
Fondmetal 9X 19X8.5 ($400/each) Nice size (19") tires = $$$
Hamann HM2 18 X 8.5 ($525/each) classic wheels.. played out?
If anyone can get better prices, or better wheels lemme know!!

I have a set of OZ Novas, they are alright, but are pretty heavy, I got a set of 17's and I think they are heavy, you are planning on 18's they will just slow your car down.

Another question.. If I do go IForged (which I may do since tires will be sooo much cheaper than on bigger sizes..) should I powdercoat them since that is included in the price?

Miguel,
iforged hands down! Don't dick around with 17s either! Look at Gamite's E34 with 18s (I think 18s are the minimum size for a car that size). If you can't afford 18s at this time then just wait and do it right the first time.
My $0.02,
Dave
BTW - What colour is your car?

The OZ deep dish would look better on an e34 than the iforged.
The iforged are awesome wheels, but more for an E36.

going from 17" to 18" is a $120US difference per rim. that just blew me away when I saw the price difference. Also, when you step up to 18" in tires you encounter the price jump again.
with my lowering springs im also worried about rubbing with 18s.
My car is black BTW so should I powdercoat the IForged bad-ass black and keep going with my black-out theme or keep them polished? so many decisions...
Rob: those OZ rims are tempting because they are in Toronto so no shipping.. and the lip is supposedly huge.
