I have a basic OBC, from a 94 325, that I can ship you for $50. It's the seven button unit, I believe. Not sure it will fix your heat problem, however.

Its probably your thermostat lol not your OBC, i had the exact same issue with my car. Have u noticed your temp gauge needle never getting out of the blue line even after several hours of driving. If thats the case your thermostat is broken and its letting your coolant flow continuously so your car never warms up.

no i just bought the car a month ago and i replaced the thermosat, the water pump and the fan on it, ive also driven it for more than an hour at a time and the needle stays close to the middle of the gauge b4 i replaced the stat the needle jumped around everywhere, my obc doesnt work at all theres nothing on the screen and when i removed it i noticed there was the small led lights missing from the back of the screen so either way if its not myobc thats preventing my heat from working i still need one so it would be so kind of everyone if someone would just sell me one instead of telling me how my problems not related cuz i need one either way
