Im looking to have 2 cars with S54's lol. Ya wanted to do a euro swap in the E36 but the S54 is a better engine, more parts, etc. Gonna go standalone so i dont want the harness and gonna use my 5spd.

^ S54 has just as much, if not more potential than a Euro S50, and its much more readily available on this side of the pond.

True, if you have the resources and patience s54 is worth it. I just like the S50 because it's a relatively easy and straightforward swap. I just wish NA had the S50 in the first place!
