maybe top speed refers up to the speed limit. I saw lots of cars going over 220-230 with 325i.
BTW clean ride!!

It's basically an M3 minus the power.
Thanks for the posts guys

If this is a true M-Performance I think it would be closer to 245hp... Check the right exhaust tube, if there's a flap it's a Sport Package w/ M-Tech options, if there's no flap in the exhaust it's a true M-Performace (lots of extra goodies )
Bump for clean car I suppose... Exact same car as mine but a year newer.

24,000 km is not considered 'new'......even 15,000 is stretching....
thats about 1.5 years worth of driving.
42.5k is E46 M3 territory (of course with higher mileage around the 50-60k mark). You need to understand the buyer's economic standpoint of things. A buyer may as well go out and buy an e90 328i for around that price and they get a real brand new car (with 30 km on the ODO as opposed to 24000 kilometres). There's also warranty and a 328i performs relatively the same as your 2005 (4 year old car).
In any case, that's a very nice car you have and g/l on the sale.

Your right it's not new. It's "practically" new for a 2005 model.
You can verify the market prices on Auto Trader (
http://www.trader.ca/search/results...dnm=330CI&CAT=1). There are some 330CI with about 60KM without an M performance package that are selling for $34,000.
Also, my prices includes the audio system which is worth $2500.
My price is more then fair
Thanks

So do the people in the back just sit on the amps and get a back massage buy the subs?
clean ride, but not having a back seat cancels out the $2500 you spent on the install.

I suppose if you're looking to spend $42.5 grand on a used, 2 seater 330ci this is one of the better examples in Toronto!
