^^^ lol i had an lsd and it went kaput pretty much by the end of the season. Plus now i get full lock at accelleration and decelleration  crazy fun.

can you do this with any lsd that's open? if so, what exactly do you weld together? what happens when the weld breaks? im having a serious case of curious george

A 'LSD' is not open. And yes, you can do this to any open differential. Just weld the spider gears together as Chris mentioned. But eventually the welds will break and it will be massive carnage inside the diff. Chances are, it will leave you on the side of the road stranded.

after driving in the rain today, I wouldn't suggest it on a daily car... ****ing scary
