S52 into E34?

Hi,

I am thinking of dropping a good used s51 (obd1 converted) into my e34 525 M20. Probably late this summer. Charlie used to work on my car at Chuck's, and I see you guys are the go-to people for the e30 swap.

What am I looking at in terms of price. Do you have a used S52 on hand? Should I source one? Do I also need the ZF 5-speed?
