windows dont work, need help.

my windows dont work on my e30 and i dont know why. they where working fine until i started to mess around with my headlights. Everything else seems to be working fine. just wondering for some pointers on what to look for or look at. thanks.

Check the circuit breaker. If it's a 2 door its above the passenger window switch

If it's a 4 door it's beside your hazard light switch.

If neither of those, check the fuse.

yea your windows where prob frozen and u went to open one and poped the breaker

You can short the circuit breaker to test once it is thawed. I mean run a wire to test in between contacts and check whether if they go up or down.

it should be the fuse....i had the same thing happen to me.My window was frozen and i tried putting it down and i popped a fuse.
