Actually I'm pretty sure those are low beams and "city lights", a little bulb that goes in the high beam case. I'm putting them in after my angel eyes fail and I pull them out.

ya does its not bright enuff to be a high beam..that looks pretty nice tho
so does that city light stay on all the time even when u just have the low beams on?
