Spray touch up paint

Rather than touch up a million tiny stone chips on my black hood, does anyone know if the touch up paint is available in a spray can? It makes sense to spray the general area then buff down the finish rather that go the touch up paint stick method and leaving 'millions' of raised paint marks.

ok get the pen get finee sandpaper fill the holes and wet sand when dry then get a buffer and some polishing compound. if you spraypaint the hood you will have to compound and buff the whole area with the spray paint residue then polish and it will take for ever and probl look like shit. or do it the proper way and take it to get re painted.
