Anyone know of any good pic refinishing programs?
Looking for some sick programs to make your pics look sick, almost like magazine pics. like e46cabrios  thx

other than that, not to good @ using that, ive heard of Adobe RAW

RAW is just a file type. It is a large uncompressed "true" picture.
And who is "e46cabrio" ?

Lightroom for simple cataloging and general developing. Paint Shop Pro for creative work. Noise Ninja for, well, you can guess.
Remember though, it's not just the tools. You can create equally compelling pics with Gimp. It's all on how you compose. More time shooting, less time editing.

You can try Adobe Lightroom, it's pretty simple to use, and is made especially for photographers.

I never tried this, but adobe has an online free photoshop, that you can do simple basic features
