Too Much Heat
Okay, so a few days ago, I notice that the heat was not working too well. I turned it up all the way and not too much heat. Also, I should mention that the dial on the centre vent which controls the heat/cool is broken. Car told me coolant was low, so I filled it up.
Now, at the lowest setting, I get heat. Even if I turn on the AC I get hot air out of the vents. If I turn it to the hottest setting, I could fry an egg on my vents.
Did I blow my thermostat.... What could be wrong?

Does the air blow cold when you are stopped?

No, does not blow cold when stopped. Constant heat? Any ideas?

THere's your problem. For some reason this is like a master switch for the face vents and yours is stuck on hot.
Do you have the same constant heat problem for let's say, the window vents? I'll bet you don't.
If it's the thermostat your car will either overheat (stuck closed) or not warm up enough (especially when idling when driving through very cold air) and you won't have heat...

I'm guessing replace that center face vent.
