This front bumper is M-Tech II for E46 coupe.
For sedan it would have a front molding and this does not.
BTW, nice bumper!

OEM? Where are the amber reflectors? been shaved off or it's a OEM Euro Mtech II?

OEM as in, it has the BMW markings inside of the bumper.
I actually don't own an E46, so thanks for any clarifications guys

GREAT pick up Romaz! I hate the non-M sport bumpers on E46 coupes  Throw on a M-Tech II rear and sides, and add a nice front lip or CS splitters and you're set.
