I know eating often is good when trying to lose weight..
smaller meals 6x's a day.. keeps the metabolism up..

eating less actually makes the body think its starving so it stores more Fat.
so eat more.

getting into something, anything can be hard. I'll never be a gym guy too lazy & unmotivated
I fell into the martial arts for a while, but am very out of shape now
I liked it for the fact that you only needed to show up & some1 started yelling things for you to do.
and if you didn't they'd yell at you more.
you get a great cardio workout which creates stamina and will be sore in weird muscles you didn;t even know existed.
