+1 on PBR Ceramics. Grabs well when cold, good feel. They do get hot if you abuse them at the racetrack, but you have to be really working them out. I don't see why you would need anymore than that, especially for the street. Only downside is they dust. Way I see it is, if it doesn't dust, its a junky pad. Even OEM dusts a fair amount.
