actually on my 92 325 i (back years ago) i had a window spoiler and took the car thru the car wash a few times and i never got ripped off........the trick is to use really good silicone (same shit as the one holding your windshield on. the black shit) it would never fly off........only way it'll come off after the silicone is if you rip it off with your hands and garantee it will break in many pieces before it comes off your car
