any hot wire you want will work, other than the OBC, cigarette lighter, and interior/glovebox lights. However, it depends on how much power your Sirius receiver draws, you might not want to tap into a circuit that is already under load and instead make a new circuit with a relay to turn it on when you turn your car stereo on.

If it draws little current, tap it into your stereo's 12v remote lead so it turns on when your car's stereo is on. If you want it on whenever your car is on, then tap into any of the window switches, and make sure to increase your fuse in the fusebox by 2.5V.
