Can't see any pro's, cons - perhaps slightly worse fuel milage with the overcooling.
2 draws instead of one, not only would the clutch fan be working so would the alternator with the draw of the aux fan @ the same time.
A 323 I know claims slightly better hyway milage with the clutch fan removed despite the lower operating temp, which he can't notice heat wise even with the cold spell we had a little over a week ago.
