if you drive up to Quebec in the winter, your lights will get caked with salt and slush and hardly any light will get through. They are probably useless any city south of Quebec where we don't get as much snow, whereas over there, it'd be slushy 98% of the time all winter.
BUT, spray nozzles by themselves are useless, they are not strong enough to spray all that crap that cakes up off...you have to have the little wipers to go with them- like on Volvos and Saabs...the Swedish got it right because they drive snow all the time...
