Now, undo all the screws holding in the aux fan and condensor. Bang out they come. I'm not sure if it ilegal to vent A/C gas into the atmosphere in canada. I think its a 10000 fine here in NZ for venting the old gas (not R134a) into the atmosphere.

Do what you want heh.

From underneath the car you can remove a few bolts from the compressor. Its held in fairly simply.. (the picture below shows the mountings).

All the tubing comes off easily, on my car i used a hacksaw cause I had rubber tubes.. not metal like on the e30 in this pics.

Refrigerant bottle has 2 screws if I remember correctly.

Then your done. I'd say it takes around 3 hours assuming your having a beer after each successful step.
