make a tool yourself:
- buy a piece of 1.5" flatbar
- drill a hole a little larger than the bolt on the pulley
- contour the edge of the flatbar that will come into contact with central part of the pulley
- you could drill another hole on the flatbar to line up with another bolt for a more secure hold

mine works awesome!
