no idea on the brakes, dont see why that would matter.
i would always recommend storing the car with clean oil.
running the AC for a few minutes before storing it is a good idea, as the refrigerant has a lubricant mixed in with it that preserves lines and seals.
i do usually put fuel stabilizer, but if you use good gas its very unlikely that it will go bad in 6 months. keeping the gas tank full prevents humidity from building up inside the tank.
