Im not sure why you welded a spacer to the wheel just to have the correct CB. Anyways if your rubbing on the back of the fender liner in the front your not going to be able to fix this with changing the final offset. Your pretty much dicked for the front using such a large tire.
Since you have an early model the rear arches have a larger radius and fit larger tires with ease. You must have some pretty soggy springs in the rear. That is alot of travel as it looks like your rubbing past half on the sidewall. You can roll the rear fender lip in which gives you a good amount of clearance and then at least if you contact the fender it wont be a sharp edge going into the sidewall.
IMO I would go down to a 40 or 45 series sidewall.
