Basement Spring Cleaning - E30 Suspension Sale!
1) E30 H&R Race Springs - $250 firm
Turner indicates that these fit: E30 318i 325e 325es 325i 325is M3 http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-37...g-set-e30.aspx
These were on my E30 M3 when I bought it. They were installed by the previous owner about a year before my purchase of the car. He drove the car very seldom. I would estimate they have about two thousand kilometres on them. I liked them, but my wife and kids found them too harsh, so I swapped them out for H&R Sport. Condition is near-new, just some grease on them.
(With shipping, duties, taxes, from Turner they end up near $500 once landed in Toronto, so this is half of retail)
2) E30 M3 Springs and Shocks - $150 firm
These were original to my E30 M3. Previous owner said they were fine before he took them out to upgrade to H&R/Bilstein. The car had under 60k miles on it when I bought it, so the suspension has a bit less than that. They have never been in the car while I owned it, so I cannot vouch for them first-hand. I was keeping them just because they were original to the car. I've decided that I'd rather de-clutter the basement.
(Total transparency: This price is a low, "no returns and no complaints" price. These springs and shocks look clean. I was told they have no issues. I have not driven this setup. So, at this bargain price, an element of risk falls to the buyer. Come see them. If you want them, you will be helping me de-clutter and very likely getting an amazing deal. I have priced it so that it's a great deal if only the spring or shocks are good, and the other happens to have an unknown problem. I suspect that both are good, and that it's a bargain price.)
