I like the positive lock idea because I found it a pain in the ass to tighten the bolt over the eccentric washer and keep things precise. Plus I could dial in a few settings quick and easy for say tracking and road use and adjust on the fly getting it dead nuts every time. In all reality though, I probably will just set and forget it.
