If you don't have a vise, go get one, its hands down the most useful tool to have. The bigger the better. I have a ridgid f60, and it has been able to press in/press out anything and everything.

If you are looking to get a brand new vise, I would recommend looking into gray tools. They have very reasonably priced vises. If you are ok with getting a used vise. I know of a place that sells industrial grade vises in hamilton (vises from closed down steel factories) for damn cheap.
