If i was ripping apart the whole head and putting it back together I would just to keep it to spec but for small jobs like this its easy to feel out such torques but even with a 1/4 rachet it seemed the bolt had a lot of strain on it before because I just began to snug the bolt it from turning it in by hand so i guess its better that it broken instead while I was driving, but its fine, got the bolt out, getting another one shipped should be here this week.
