OP's car does not have any Sport or ZHP package. Just Premium.
There is no such thing as a "sports gear." IF you have a M/S toggle next to your automatic gear shifter, it is just to engage steptronic mode. This has no relation to Sport package or ZHP, and is found on ALL automatic E46s.
